The company really should ask about m² rather than how many bedrooms as took all day to squeeze our effects into a small and rather shabby van. Another van was collected from Chch to collect the bits they couldn't pack. I had to leave a friend to deal with it as we needed to get to our new house 6hrs away. The following day we expected the removers to assemble our furniture but we were left to do it. The 2nd van arrived the following day.
“Faster and Efficient”
Faster and efficient pick up and unload. A little late for the pick up but made up for it with a quick load. Early for the drop off. Communications could have been a little better. I fact there was very little communication but the job still got done.

The saved me when the first group let me down at the last minute, We had a few problems but they did their best, it wasn't an eazy move

“Pretty good”
Pretty good the communication wasn't the best as only 2 turned up when 3 were requested and some of my instructions were missed but they work hard got it all moved in pretty good time and nothing was damaged
“Canterbury to Marlborough”
We opted for self pack our 4bdrm house. Quality: The boxes supplied were as expected. Plenty of wrapping paper and some bubble wrap supplied. Minimal damage after a 5 hour drive so happy with our packing, and the crew must have done acceptable job wrapping, stacking and loading furniture into truck. Customer service: The volume estimator was a bit vague, under estimated the volume, communication wasn't great and had to get boxes dropped off twice as not enough (then we brought some more boxes personally). We asked about insurance and damage but never really got decent info. This is an area that need improved. Value of money: Seemed like a fair price for the time, effort and expenses involved but can't compare it to competitors since no other bothered to contact us.
