Welcome to Specialist Movers, Specialist movers are experts in house moves across Auckland and New Zealand. SM was born with one goal in mind, to deliver the best level of service within the industry. We bring over 15 years of knowledge and experience in local and international house moving, including pianos and difficult items with care. We move pianos for all the main retailers across New Zealand, sometimes valued at move than $500,000. Goods are carried at ‘limited carriers risk’

The crew was professional and friendly, which I appreciated. However, they did not properly assess the items that needed to be moved, which resulted in requiring two trips. This ended up being quite expensive and could have been avoided with a more accurate initial assessment.

Nice helpful guys on the day. Unfortunately the surveyor had underestimated the size of truck and so second truck was needed and bicycles still didn't fit. Some slight bumps and scratches on furniture. But otherwise no complaints

Fantastic service from the get go, a few emails back and forward with corrections to invoices/Quotes (nothing major) would highly recommend and definitely would use again, they were fast and efficient and came in under estimated time
“Fantastic outcome for our move”
The truck was very late which was very embarrassing, but they compensated with extra me and another truck to speed things up. They also took a substantial amount off the bill.

It helps to create a list of all your large items that you need to move. This give you and your mover clarity of what needs to be done and will help them put together an accurate quote
