“Would NOT recommend this company”
Quoted up to 7 hours/ 1 load…took 2 days, as had to leave for another job, forcing us to move parts of our beds ourselves …worker’s were completely inexperienced caused minor damage to both properties and didn’t follow simple instructions ! We had to assist with moving heavy objects, as the workers were unable to cope ! One worker left early with an injury and we were still charged for him. Put inaccurate earlier start time on bill for second day. When disputing the bill I came to an agreement with the owner (higher than original quote) Paid…then received a phone call from a female employee threatening us with debt collectors..a complete nightmare of an experience !!!

But we have never come across customer who made so many excuses to not pay for the work completed … we always check damages which is covered by insurance and you refused to show us damages Initial quote is always rough approximate and we charge hourly basis Anyway you still owe us balance amount and so you receive call regarding debt collection which is standard procedure for non payment
