Stella Movers & Storage

We booked a December move from Auckland to Te Kuiti with Stella Movers. An inventory of household items to be moved was supplied to Rob on 23rd September. The move was booked, and a deposit paid into the personal bank account of Robert Williams on 25th September, therefore OUR CONTRACT WAS WITH STELLA MOVERS. They were veey careful with the belonging , there was no damage to any furniture or belongings , but i expected the move not to take as long as it did

The 2 men were very helpful and friendly and made it a painless experience.

Rob was the first of the bunch to reach out and refine a quote with me. On the moving day they scoped out the work well and took care to pack things as efficient as possible, making good time. Other than a little damage to a coffee table and a painting frame, it went well. All and all, Rob and team did a really good job.

We listed a small load of 3m3 on Moving24 just 8 days ago -- to relocate some of our daughter's household items from a Tauranga storage unit into her new home in Christchurch. We immediately received two recommendations for movers. Of those, Rob Williams of Stella Movers, contacted us within the hour and even popped around to see us discuss the job. Because the load was small and we were flexible on timing, Rob suggested sharing the truck would be more affordable. In two days, he came back to us with a fixed date and cost and moved the load a few days later, keeping us informed via text and email (including the driver's contact details) throughout. It was great to have that peace of mind. So in just a week my daughter's items have been safely delivered without damage or stress. Would definitely recommend Rob and his team. In fact, we have booked to use them again for our own house move next month.
