“Disappointed”
Felt really good about choosing 45Movers. Sounded good, trying to do that bit extra. Sad to say, due to the steep drive,which I had mentioned, they couldn't get their trailer up the drive. Then in trying to get it all in the two vehicles things got damaged and rubbed during transport causing damage. Unfortunate. But a pre move visit could have solved those issues. They did however, move some timbers I had at home and that took up some room, but all that was told prior and should have been expected. I was disappointed. Cost was not a problem although after seeing the damage I thought twice. Nice guys although I've seen others using slings move furniture more easily. They did quite well, though there was some grumbling towards the end.☹️

“My experience”
The moving team did a poor job but owner has made efforts to try and make it better. The damage was numerous and the move was chaotic with disregard for putting boxes in the correct rooms despite being labeled correctly etc

“Move around Wellington coast”
Great guys, very friendly. They wanted to put lots of stuff in garage on arrival at new house, but I wanted it carried up 12 steps to house! I think they were in hurry due to next job. One large bookcase lost vertical plank of wood from back, kind of ruined it. My SPARK router was lost and had to buy new one $200.00. But Mungo offered to help with that. Much appreciated. Last thing which is very upsetting is that my lovely wooden floor in living room was badly scratched and scraped.. I noticed after furniture was brought in. There were no scratches before, I know because I'd commented to family and friends previously what pristine condition it was in. I don't know how to fix it. Can you help? Piano brought in well.

“Great experience”
We had a great experience with 45 movers, we were moving from 2 locations to a house with a reasonable number of stairs. The guys were very accommodating, fast and friendly. Would definitely use them again.
