Container relocations moved my house lot from the South island to the North Island. It seemed like a daunting task for me to move and I spent many sleepless nights worrying about it. From the very first call with Container relocations, I felt at ease. The office staff were always able to answer my questions.Their communication through the whole process was not to be faulted. From the staff who did the pack up to the men who unpacked and the container truck driver, I never had a worry. I always were up to date with phone numbers of someone I could ring. We had a big move from Auckland to Blenheim and we found everyone we dealt with from Container Relocations were so helpful and friendly. Communication was excellent and they took all my worries out of the equation. On the day the team that brought and packed the container were excellent. So efficient, friendly and quick. Really helpful. we saw our container arrive in Blenheim by train and the driver in Blenheim, delivered and picked up empty container. The team that unpacked container were from Man and a Van and were excellent. quote was half the price of others and delivery was quicker.

We used Container Relocations (2009) Ltd. To relocate. From the initial phone call, to request a quote, to the last box off the truck at our new location, our transition from north Waikato to Otago in the south,was easy to negotiate and successfully completed. Pricing was very suitable and the service of all staff business like and pleasant. Great communication, friendly service. Our goods were to be packed into a container, transported to the shipping depot, loaded on a ship and delivered to the appropriate depot in Dunedin. The loaders and un-loaders were pleasant and skilled at their respective roles. Financial transactions were easy, and as we had to keep our furniture move on hold until we found our new house, the mechanics of moving was very smooth to manage. Good care was taken with our furniture, which was packed well. We are very pleased with the whole process and recommend ‘Container Relocations’ to anybody who is moving and looking for ‘Top Notch’ service.

We recently moved between Invercargill and Dunedin with a delay of 6 weeks between pick up and delivery. The whole process was smooth and the team were helpful and friendly. It was great knowing that our household goods were being securely stored. If we move again we would not hesitate to use them.
