We were really impressed by Graeme's quick comms and ease of organisation. We chose AMP even though they weren't the cheapest quote we had - we just preferred to use a moving company that had been around a long time and had different size trucks. They did send Hemi to look at the situation a few days before we moved, and from there Graeme generously offered my some help with packing at an excellent hourly rate - I was so grateful! We did under-estimate the amount of time the move would take, it was a good nine hours by the time the boys finished. Graeme has been really good about taking a couple of charges off our end bill and changing a few things to make it work for our business. We would use them again in future - the boys were lovely and kept me giggling all day on what should have been a very stressful day!

Took 8 hours to load the truck for a 4 bed house. The movers didn't even take majority of the furniture as we rented our own truck as well (same size as movers) to assist them. Only 3 pieces of furniture was covered so most of my wooden bedroom and living room furniture was damaged (deep scratches on all)

They did not check out the driveway as requested and then told me the day before that they would have to use 2 smaller trucks and charged extra. The guys were really good and worked hard. It was just the organiser that was not, imo, up to standard.

A good job , well done . Slight hiccup due to staff ringing in sick , and van arriving late. Overall, very pleases. Thanks.

Good guys but for the premium price per hour I felt the service was a bit lacking. Everything moved in good order though, no damage so happy enough.

The guys did an awsome job moving our stuff from Auckland to Waiuku. Only had one issue and that was that the dishwasher was damaged a bit but other than that it all went fine. Thanks to the guys that did a brilliant job. Cheers.

We moved into a property that does not have great access, so the guys needed to ferry the furniture up the driveway from the truck in a van, was time consuming but they did a good job. We had a few very minor breakages, the team who did the move were really friendly as was Graeme.

Auckland Moving Professionals were fantastic from first contact to after the move. Their communication was timely and professional and the moving team were polite, efficient and went the extra mile. Best moving experience I’ve had to date!

Our three movers were fantastic - professional, friendly and more than happy to go the extra mile to make a stressful situation very easy.
