Prompt service. The guys were pretty quick doing the move

My move was made more difficult in that I had a long and steep driveway to negotiate. The movers were very patient around this and tried their best to approach the house with their truck. (I had however given fair warning of the nature of the property and driveway on the quote). They moved everything with great effort and skill. Once at the destination, they were very prompt. I do understand that they were likely required for another job ahead, but when it came to moving the corner sofa into position in the lounge, they were unabl. On suggesting a different approach, they did not attempt this, and stated that they would have to leave it as is. It took myself and my father to take the approach that we had suggested, and that was relatively trouble free. It was heavy work for my father who has a severely arthritic hip. This let down the service somewhat. But given the nature of the rest of the move and patience they showed, I would have to rate the service as good overall.

They were 4 hrs late. Damaged items, and couldn't fit everything in the truck

I have a roll top desk which has been badly damaged during the move. It will cost me quite a bit to have it repaired and will still have lost its value due to the damage.

Poor communication and difficult to contact. Booked 6 weeks prior, the company changed arrival time the day before, causing a 3 hr delay. Emailed rather than phoned less than 24hrs before booking. Really stressful and created a backlog for each party. Team had some challenges with English, many boxes placed in wrong areas so we ended up shifting heavy items again ourselves Despite information provided, truck was too small for complete move, would have preferred accurate and honest appraisal rather than accepting the job . Time taken was longer than needed in my opinion, thankfully with the help of a friend the job was completed sooner. That is not what you pay a removal firm for. Overall a dissapointing and stressful experience.

Glad to get all our stuff what with the storm and the gorge closed they still got it all here. Moving is very stressful but to know your possessions are here is a great relief, Thanks to Raman for keeping me informed.

Moved from Gisborne to Kapiti. The guys did an awesome job. We packed into boxes. They were prompt, helpful, efficient and packed our furniture and boxes with care. Despite many boxes marked fragile their stacking the truck was incredible. Having just completed unpacking, only one cheap glass broke! Real value for money
