Fabulous communication from beginning to end. Their office staff were helpful and friendly to deal with. On the day the staff were quick, careful and very organized with the pack up of old house and delivery to our new address.

All good except they didn’t visit the property prior to evaluate actual needs and we ran out of room on the truck and had to make an additional trip next morning with a furniture float from a local hire company . The move already cost over 3000 so I feel that I needed to do that wasnt okay

Late to arrive. Took longer than necessary. Did not treat my furniture with enough care. Damage to one wooden cabinet. Paint from door frame on both arms of lazy boy chair. Definitely not value for my money.

The team were great at both ends. We moved from Gisborne to Auckland. The price was great too, half what I was quoted by another mainstream moving company! Would recommend.

Good communication, arrived on time, and quickly loaded and unloaded the truck.

2 trips were required as truck was small . Pictures of items to be moved were sent and stillleft behind so a 3 Rd independent move must be made. Cost was four times higher than quoted. Goods are broken and missing g altogether. Worst move ever and I have done many as international traveller. Just a minus minus rip off is what I would say minus minus experience
