“Absolutely awful zero stars”
Absolutely awful moving company. When I addressed issues they basically said nope they didn't do it. So much stuff was missing including an expensive gaming console. The packing boxes were over full breaking and the packing was awful. Plates had a bubble wrap underneath then a stack and one on top. Other breakable were just stuffed in boxes not wrapped at all. Specifically instructed more than once including on moving day to pack up house excluding end bedroom furtherest away. This ended up packed by mistake which they said they unpacked. Yet I still had to do a load back to the house of the stuff that wasn't meant to be packed. Were missing most of our clothes. Kitchenware and Linen. Our furniture is scratched. Our couch has been ripped apart which wasn't like that even though they have Said it was like that. No accountability. No resolution for anything. Waste of money. Wouldn't go with this company ever. Have lost damaged about 3000 worth of stuff.
