The Wellington manager provided excellent updates and communication, and gave personalised advice about insurance which was very much appreciated. The on-site teams at both ends of our move were personable and careful. Overall very happy and would definitely use again.

Communications were excellent. Collected in Wellington on time - WM&S staff friendly, thorough and careful with goods - Delivery to Glenavy also on time - WM&S staff again friendly and courteous. They made the whole process easy and hassle-free. Thank you.

Top notch service and professional support on the days of the move. Would love it if a moving company had a list of what to do expect in build up, during and post move . Plus a checklist of all the things associated with moving house.

“Efficient but didn't quite follow instructions”
The sales comms was EXCELLENT +++! Fiona and Carol were great to work with. The pick up was fantastic. I had everything packed and they had it all in the truck within 40 minutes. They even wrapped the mattress which was appreciated. The storage was helpful and easy to arrange. The drop off guys were friendly and helpful but didn't follow my verbal instructions to put the labelled boxes in the correct rooms. This meant about 4 hours spent sorting boxes rather than unpacking which was annoying. I didn't mind paying extra for a quality experience but this last bit meant that I would think twice about using this company again.
