The absence of a standard contract up front where clients are aware of the full scope of the moving service is my sole complaint. We trusted Harry and Jimmy with the transfer because of their friendly demeanor, but we have no idea who these individuals are. We also don't know what kind of furniture your movers were willing to move, whether we're responsible if they get hurt during the move, or whether we're covered if our property is broken. I can't help but imagine the issues we would have faced had the move gone poorly, but all of these worries were put to rest because both movers were incredibly cordial and the service proceeded without any issues.

Guys did a good job

The staff was well experienced and very friendly they took full care of goods and i am very satisfied from their service and recommend other people to book them for their services

They were on time and got the move done in 40 minutes and polite , I would use them again if needed

Despite turning up late they charge for every minute, did small things to take up time like taking a trolley but not bringing one back for the next load. When I left them to it I came back to see things like not using a trolley and moving small items one at a time. My boxes in storage are not well stacked so already I had to move a few myself and dread what the back of the storage looks like.

Happy with the service we received they arrived on time did what needed to be done moved everything out of our apartment and back into the new home. Very happy with the service

Would recommend to everyone who needs a mover

Value for money, timely and polite.

The Removalist arrived 45mins, resulting in the move taking alot longer then I expected and the charge was really expensive by the end of the day. I moved from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment 2 blocks away which took 5hours. Some items were damaged in the move, not the best or the quickest removalists I've hired.
