Final cost came in at double the price of the estimate. Estimate was ridiculously low, I guess to ensure the sale. Cleaning was an extra cost. A quick vacuum was all they did for $300, not the clean they sold us. No satisfaction on either complaints to General Manager. However, the moving boys, on the day were absolutely fabulous. Two men worked a solid 12hr + to ensure our move happened. We could not fault them. They kept us updated all the way. At the end of a very long day they unpacked & dealt with some tricky positioning of queen bed & washer/dryer. This they took in their stride. A third man was pulled in to help with the unpacking. I felt sorry that at the end of a long, long day that they were left to deal with the customer (me) & explain the huge price difference. I would suggest these very fit, friendly, customer oriented guys find a new company to work for.
