Excellent quick service and capacity was available on the day we needed. A couple of items were left - but a quick check of these would have sorted this out so not a major issue.

Excellent Service. Moved involved a busy inner city apartment building and a significant number of steps at the delivery end. All handled professionally and quickly.

Louie and his crew were great to work with and were a great bunch of young guys who get stuck in and get the job done, while looking after your stuff.

So impressed Louis and Jake got everything through my narrow front entry. No going over the balcony on a windy day. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Big Camel - helped us move from apartment to a house 30 mins drive away. The two guys they sent (Logan and Oscar) were professional, attentive and worked hard the whole morning. They protected our furniture and made sure to tetris it all carefully in the truck and then undo the puzzle of it carefully. Would recommend and use them again!

Great communication right from the start. Our shift wasn’t what I’d call a standard shift. I was arranging the whole thing from another city for an unwell family member. We needed someone to pack everything at the old place and deliver it to the new place. There wasn’t a problem that Louie couldn’t solve for us. Juggling and working around apartment lift booking times and tricky parking both at the old and new place. The team who did the grunt work on the day were really good, they were easy going and careful, they really were great guys. Thanks Louie and the team!
