“Timing problems but great otherwise”
Tuned up several hours late, but they kept me updated on the situation. When they arrived they were excellent.

Told me it'd be 1.5 hours, it was 1.5 hours then billed me for 2.5 hours because the time apparently started from when they left the depot. Not impressed.

The tane that did our job were amazing! They kept in great communication as there was a slight delay on their arrival time. However they worked diligently and efficiently to ensure that our move happened in a timely manner. My only concern was that they informed me they took no breaks in our six hour job hopefully they get some kind of compensation for that. Really appreciate the communication, friendliness, their beautiful manners and respect they showed for our property.

Easy to deal with, careful with our items, friendly and helpful team. Sadly, they were about 3 hours later than estimated, which had a domino effect for settling our home due to everything being later than needed, plus, we had more stuff than we estimated/realised, so it didn't all fit in the truck! But overall, very happy with Louie and his team at Big Camel.
