“Moving to an apartment”
After googling Movers for Auckland I found nz.moving24.com. Their web site provided three moving contacts who met our criteria. After reviewing all three I called World Moving and Storage and spoke with Wendy who efficiently booked us in for the move in 3 weeks time. Back up emails and confirmations of cost ( approx $200/hr) was provided and a deposit was paid. The day before moving Wendy called to reconfirm all details. Two men and a truck with a 20 foot container turned up on time, shifted our house contents into the truck within an hour. We had to wait for the lawyers to do their thing and get the key released but as soon as that was done the truck turned up at the apartment and our contents were in the apartment within the hour and not a single thing was damaged. The moving guys were fast, efficient and very polite. Or experience with World Moving and Storage was definitely 5 Star and I highly recommend them. Thank you. Tim

How did you start your business?
World Moving and Storage began as a furniture distribution company in 2004 with a high profile, new furniture client and quickly gained recognition as a company with integrity. We have been moving Kiwis locally and internationally ever since.
What makes your services standout?
Our aim is always to get it right first time. Our team are full-time employees and take pride in a job well done. We are trained, professional movers who make moving easy.
What is your top advice for your customers?
We recommend completing a free pre-move consultation, either at your home or virtually. During this consult, we talk through the move with you, and create an inventory of what you would like moved, which helps us provide an accurate quote. We can also provide information about our other services, including packing, decluttering, storage, unpacking and insurance.
