“Disappointed”
The move from Papatoetoe to Gulf Harbour took 9 hours to complete. I had been quoted $130 per hour for 1 x truck with 2 men. To my reckoning the total should then have been $1170. It ended up costing me $1420.25 when the driver rang his boss around 8.20pm. They accidentally damaged my entrance way wall when they slipped whilst carrying in the 3 seater lounge. It left scuff marks and a gouge which the driver tried to fix with window cleaner. I have rang and left messages and also emailed and texted to obtain an invoice for the job to no avail. I had been concerned for the 2 guys and gave them $50 to get something to eat because they had worked through their lunch time. Start time at Papatoetoe was 11.30am. I would not recommend this company.

Hi Jayne, thanks for your feedback. Our team moved a full 42cbm of furniture from one property in Papatoetoe to your new property in Gulf Harbour. We ended up getting caught in the rush hour traffic heading north due to the late start that was requested so took a little longer to arrive onsite for the offload. the rate was $130ph + gst as we both agreed and the total moving time was 9.5 hours so you were charged correctly at $1420.25 incl gst.
